The only data we collect is university email addresses when students answer questions in the 'Let's Connect' feature. These email addresses are collected solely to verify the student's association with the university they are answering questions for.

3. Google Calendar API Usage

Our app uses Google Calendar API to allow users to add university application deadlines to their calendars. We only create new calendar events when explicitly requested by the user. We do not read, modify, or delete any existing calendar data.

All data accessed through Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We take the security and protection of your data seriously. To ensure your information remains secure:

• Calendar events created through our application will remain in your Google Calendar until you choose to delete them

Our application uses the Rasa framework for chatbot functionality. Regarding AI/ML usage:

• We do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI and/or ML models
• We do not retain user data obtained through Google APIs for AI model training
• We do not transfer any Google user data to third-party AI tools
• Our chatbot uses pre-trained models that do not use or incorporate any Google user data
• Conversations with our chatbot are not stored or retained for any AI/ML training purposes
