Welcome to Uni Info SA! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Uni Info SA mobile application (the "App") and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Uni Info SA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

Uni Info SA provides users with university-related information, including university admission details, bursary opportunities, campus events, and a Let's Connect community feature where verified users can interact based on their university affiliation.

3. Google API Services

Our application uses Google Calendar API to create calendar events for university application deadlines. By using this feature, you're also agreeing to the Google Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Uni Info SA, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Respect other users and refrain from offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Services.
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities.
• Not impersonate other users or misrepresent university affiliations.

Any violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning from the App.

5. Community Guidelines (Let's Connect Feature)

• Only verified university users can post and respond to questions.
• Discussions should be respectful and constructive.
• Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or misinformation will not be tolerated.
• Admins reserve the right to moderate and remove inappropriate content.

6. Content Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of the content you post.
• By submitting content, you grant Uni Info SA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content within the App.
• We do not claim ownership over university-related data provided in the App but ensure that it is used within the scope of the Services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The information provided on Uni Info SA is for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or up to date.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information found within the App.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uni Info SA and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify users through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
